Music Connection
Randy Hopper's been playing guitar since he was a child and nearly 60 years later he's still living out of his truck, chasing gigs across Texas, coast to coast, the Midwest, and Europe.

Texas Troubadour & Veteran Performer
From a farm in Blue Ridge, Texas, to military installations across the globe, U.S. Air Force Veteran Randy Hopper embodies the true spirit of an authentic Texas troubadour. Before hitting the road as a full time touring artist, Randy proudly served his country, earning the distinguished title of "Airman of the Year" at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Throughout his military service, he carried his guitar wherever duty called, performing live for fellow service members at overseas military bases and bringing the comforts of home to troops stationed around the world. His patriotic dedication and standout vocal talents have also led him to perform the National Anthem for major sporting events, including games for Allen Americans and Spurs FC soccer.
Midway through his career, Randy became a central figure in the North Texas music scene by running the sound and hosting the legendary open mic at Love and War in Plano, Texas. Over the years, he has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in Texas music, opening for legends like Ray Wylie Hubbard, Robert Earl Keen, Gary P. Nunn, Tommy Alverson, Dale Watson, Chris Wall, and Rusty Wier.
Shaped by six decades of traditional country, roots rock, folk, and blues, Randy’s songs reflect a life defined by service, community, and real world grit. Living out of his truck and touring everywhere from Texas dance halls to venues across the Midwest and Europe, Randy delivers road tested storytelling that resonates with audiences from all walks of life. His latest original single, "Bring on the Sunshine," is currently streaming on Spotify, capturing the heart and enduring passion of a veteran musician living out his dream one stage at a time.
